Product Return Policy

All product sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased in-office or through our website.

In the rare event of a confirmed adverse reaction (for established clients only), please contact us via email within 5 days of purchase so we can review your experience and discuss possible solutions. If a return is approved under these circumstances, any refund issued will be processed in the original form of payment.

Please note that products purchased through third-party online links—including brands such as SkinBetter Science, Face Reality, Hydrinity, or others—are subject to the individual return policies of those separate retailers. As these purchases are made outside of our practice, any concerns regarding damaged items, returns, or refunds must be directed to the respective company from which the product was purchased.
