Product Returns & Exchanges

All product sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products purchased in-office or through our website.

In the rare event of a confirmed adverse reaction (for established clients only), please contact us via email within 5 days of purchase so we can review your experience and discuss possible solutions.

Please note that products purchased through third-party online links—including brands such as Mixi, Face Reality, Hydrinity, or others—are subject to the individual return policies of those separate retailers. As these purchases are made outside of our practice, any concerns regarding damaged items, returns, or refunds must be directed to the respective company from which the product was purchased.

We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help guide you toward the best products for your skin.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service. Please call or text as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This fee cannot be applied toward future services.

Clients who have three or more late cancellations within a six-month period may no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

All clients are required to keep a valid card on file. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file, and any outstanding balances must be paid in full before booking future appointments. If a card is declined, booking privileges will be paused until the balance is resolved.

Late Policy

We ask that you please call or text us as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment.

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive beyond this window, we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time remaining to complete the majority of your service. In the event we are unable to accommodate you upon arrival, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If time allows, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time. Please note that your treatment may be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full price of the originally booked service(s) will still apply.

We appreciate your understanding, as each appointment is carefully scheduled to provide the best experience for every client.

Deposits for Booking

All clients are required to have a valid and active credit card on file in order to secure and maintain appointments. Failure to keep an updated card on file may result in the cancellation of any upcoming appointments without notice.

Cards on file will only be charged in the event of applicable fees, including late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.

If a card on file is declined or no valid card is provided, future appointments will be canceled and booking privileges will be paused until an updated card is added and any outstanding balance is paid.

Children & Guests

To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for a service. With the exception of minors receiving treatment, only the client being serviced is permitted in the treatment room.

For the safety and comfort of everyone in the space, we ask that children are not brought to appointments. If childcare is unavailable and a child must accompany you, they must be supervised by another adult and remain in the reception area during your service.

As we are focused on providing quality, uninterrupted care, we are unable to supervise children at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm, professional environment for all guests.
